We’re looking for a Logistics and Sourcing Manager to join our Operations team and support the entire logistics process, including coordinating shipments, obtaining necessary certifications, and keeping us on top of hardware distribution and inventory management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware supply chain while also helping us grow internationally.
What Will You Do?
- Manage the logistics of shipping hardware products both within and outside the EU, ensuring smooth coordination of international shipments.
- Keep track of all certifications and ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements for our hardware products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of components as well as completed goods and oversee outsourced warehouse operations.
- Ensure that all hardware shipments meet necessary international certifications and comply with relevant local regulations.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners and vendors to manage import/export processes.
- Collaborate with the internal team and external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Prepare documentation related to warehouse movements, shipping, customs, certifications, and reporting.
- Oversee the hardware supply chain and ensure it meets our internal as well as general legislation requirements in terms of ethical and responsible sourcing.
- Assist with inventory planning and forecasting to meet production and client demands.
- Assist in monitoring logistics and packaging trends, ensuring our products are handled accordingly.
We’re a Good Fit If You:

- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the IT or electronics industry.
- Are familiar with international shipping regulations, including customs clearance, import/export documentation, and certification processes.
- Have experience working without sourced warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Are detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess excellent knowledge of English (any additional language skills are a plus).

- Experience working in the technology sector.
- Knowledge of certifications such as CE, RoHS, or other regulatory compliance for electronic products.
