Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to effectively manage talent, foster employee development, and contribute to Wultra's overall success.
Note: This position is a cover for maternity leave.
What Will You Do?

Prepare and implement the overall HR strategy based on Wultra’s needs and goals.

Create HR processes and optimize the existing ones, such as talent management, conflict management, benefits administration, knowledge transfer, feedback provision, and others.

Focus on the recruitment process – as our company is looking to grow in the upcoming years, we need a CHRO who is willing to conduct interviews, review CVs, and communicate with candidates.

Onboard new employees and make sure they feel welcome at Wultra.

Ensure compliance with labor law regulations throughout the company.

Prepare contracts and other documents: Onboarding materials, contracts, addendums, etc.

Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement — establish effective internal communication and gather feedback from employees.

Organize events (both online and onsite) to foster a strong team culture across Wultra.

Collaborate with our C-level managers: Address HR-related issues, prepare for 1:1s, and provide ad hoc consultations.

Design and monitor HR controlling indicators.

Be responsible for keeping HR policies/manuals and organizational development in compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Prepare HR budgets and goals for the upcoming year.

Have a proven 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.

It's an Advantage If You Have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or similar field.

Experience with creating and/or implementing an employer branding strategy.

Experience with working in a small company/start-up.

Experience with working in the IT field.
Which Tools Should You Know?

G Suite. We organize our work via Google and schedule meetings with candidates via Meet.

iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and tables as well as to organize our internal meetings.

Recruitment platforms. We use different recruitment platforms to attract the right candidates.

MS Excel. We use Excel to gather and process data for HR controlling indicators.

Trello or similar project management software to manage our candidate pipeline.

Salary: 70 000 - 90 000 CZK / month (based on experience).
