Partner Channel Manager

We are looking for a Partner Channel Manager to develop and manage relationships with partners to drive sales and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with our partners, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of sales and business processes.

What Are We Looking For?

  • A salesperson. We are looking for someone with a focus on partner acquisition and who can meet our sales quota.

  • A specialist in sales. Knowledge of the sales craft and various sales methodologies.

  • Excellent English speaker. You will consistently engage with customers from all over the world over video calls.

  • A remote worker. Nearly all the calls with our clients are held online, so it’s essential to be comfortable with working remotely with a willingness to travel occasionally.

  • A colleague who possesses:

    • Personal responsibility. The ability to self-organize and do conscientious work.

    • Solid technical competency. You will be selling sophisticated software to competent buyers.

    • Experience in the field. Knowledge and experience in sales within the software and/or banking industry.

    • Strong communications skills. Because you will be communicating with partners on a daily basis, your communication and active listening skills will be crucial for this position. 

    • The ability to build and maintain relationships with partners. Relationship management is crucial for this role. 

    • Business management skills. You will need to understand our business strategy as well as the fundamentals of how we operate and the products we offer. 

Bonus Items

  • A proven track record in SaaS product sales.

  • Three to five years of experience in sales, preferably partner channel management.

  • Czech/Slovak language skills to communicate with our internal team.

  • Fluency in another language apart from English (such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese).

  • Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite. We organize our work via Google and schedule meetings via Meet.
  • iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and tables and organize our internal meetings.

What Will You Do?

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new channel partners

  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.

    • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.

  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.

  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

  • Help coordinate partner marketing plans and events.

  • Ensure that partners comply with contract terms.

  • Plan and manage building up a partner portal.
