Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

What Are We Looking For?

  • A technical specialist with formal education in Information Technology. Your main task will be to sell sophisticated software to competent buyers from a technical perspective. 

  • Excellent English speaker. You will consistently engage with customers from all over the world over video calls.

  • A remote worker. Nearly all the calls with our clients are held online, so it’s essential to be comfortable with working remotely and travel occasionally.

  • A colleague who possesses:

    • Personal responsibility. The ability to self-organize and do conscientious work.

    • A client-centric attitude. An analytically thinking individual with a positive attitude and the ability to match our products’ abilities with the client’s needs.

    • Experience in the field. Understanding business needs and the challenges of the industry.

Bonus Items

  • Czech/Slovak language skills to communicate with our internal team.

  • Experience with cyber-security products.

  • Working knowledge of current issues and technologies across the security industry, together with a demonstrable interest in keeping abreast of technical developments in the field.

  • A Master’s degree in the Information Technology field.

  • Ideally, you have at least three years of working in an IT position.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite. We organize our work via Google and schedule meetings via Meet.
  • iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and tables and organize our internal meetings.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the sales team in the technical presentation of our products to existing and prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Effectively demonstrate Wultra products from a technical perspective to audiences of varied technical knowledge.

  • Understand clients’ technical requests and formulate informative answers for proposals. Respond to technical queries regarding the product design, solution, architecture, security and teams.

  • Consult the clients with architecture and details of our products and their projects within the sales process. Architect solutions to meet customer requirements using industry and technological best practices.

  • Provide technical training and consultancy to the sales team.

  • Work with our CTO to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around product requirements from the client.

  • Prepare and validate time estimates for our projects.

  • Create product technical sales documents and keep them up to date.
