Technical Support Specialist

The Service Desk is part of our DevOps team and serves as a main point of contact for our clients’ technical support. Become a member of our DevOps team and help us protect millions of digital banking customers worldwide.

What Will You Do?

  • Be the main point of contact (L1, L2) for our customers.

  • Gather support requests: Log detailed information on the issue and provide first-line support whenever possible.

  • Ensure the proper handover of issues from the customer to the beginning of the internal support process.

  • Triage issues and manage their prioritization.

  • Use and maintain a knowledge base to swiftly respond to standard cases.

  • Work together with colleagues to solve more complex issues.

  • Ensure proper issue tracking and response to a customer with a solution.

  • Apply a pro-client approach: Keep customers informed about the status of their issue to build loyal relationships.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A quick learner who is interested in cyber-security and isn’t afraid of taking on challenges.

  • A structured person who can orient him/herself in various issues, from infrastructure problems to mobile application behavior.

  • Someone with strong communication skills in both Czech and English.

  • A proactive colleague with good communication skills.

  • A good observer and listener to identify an issue's symptoms, impact, and possible root cause. 

  • Optional experience in providing technical support.

  • Optional experience within the cyber-security industry.
