HR and Operations Assistant

Become the right hand to our COO and help us level up our HR activities, boost employee satisfaction, and gain experience in the back-office operations by assisting with administrative tasks.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide us with HR administrative support during onboarding, offboarding and payroll formalities.
  • Help us with scheduling job interviews with our candidates.
  • Participate in the preparation of teambuilding activities.
  • Take part in the creative process of the Company's internal communication, HR and employer branding projects.
  • Take care of the Company events preparation.

Note: This position is also suitable for university students in their final year of studies or fresh graduates.

  • A reliable person who finishes tasks on time and considers meeting deadlines one of the top priorities.
  • Excellent Czech and a good English speaker.
