We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us scale our growth by building a predictable, data-driven pipeline engine. You’ll play a key role in connecting marketing performance with real business outcomes.
What Will You Do?
- Own end-to-end performance marketing (strategy → execution → optimization).
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns mainly across Google and LinkedIn.Define targeting and budget allocation.
- Drive pipeline generation through full-funnel demand generation strategies.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and MQL → SQL conversion.
- Collaborate with CMO, Product Marketing Manager, Content, and Sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline goals.
- Build dashboards and report results to leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and look for new acquisition channels.
We’re a Good Fit If You Have…
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing
- experience in a SaaS environment (ideally cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise tech)
- proven track record of generating pipeline through paid channels
- strong understanding of B2B funnels and full lead lifecycle
- hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- analytical mindset and ability to work with data (GA4, CRM reporting, Excel)
- ability to structure, optimize, and scale campaigns end-to-end
- understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes
- fluent English (C1+) and handle professional communication confidently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
