At Wultra, we develop cybersecurity and authentication solutions for banks and fintech companies worldwide. We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and continuously improve our internal IT environment, built primarily around Apple devices, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
A hands-on role with real ownership of our internal IT environment. You'll be the go-to person for everyday IT challenges, but also have the opportunity to improve systems, introduce smarter processes, and automate repetitive work rather than just keep things running.
What Will You Do?
- Provide day-to-day internal IT support and help colleagues solve technical issues.
- Manage company devices, with a strong focus on the Apple/macOS environment including MDM, configuration, inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Prepare, configure, track, replace, return, and decommission laptops and other hardware.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including devices, including licences, accounts, access rights, and permissions.
- Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools.
- Maintain internal IT documentation and procedures.
- Create and maintain scripts for automating routine operational tasks.
- Help implement new tools and improve existing IT processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external IT specialists when needed.
What Are We Looking For?
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience in IT or systems administration.
- Have hands-on experience managing macOS and Apple devices.
- Are comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Understand the basics of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and common network services.
- Can independently troubleshoot and resolve common operational issues.
- Have at least basic experience with scripting, APIs or IT automation.
- Communicate well with people and genuinely enjoy helping colleagues with IT.
- Have enough English to work comfortably with technical documentation and administration interfaces.
You do not need to be a software developer. What matters is that you can work through technical problems, navigate documentation, and create or modify a simple script or automation when needed.
A Big Plus
- Experience with Jamf, especially Jamf Now and Apple Business Manager
- Knowledge of Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Zapier or other automation/no-code tools.
- Experience automating onboarding, offboarding, or access management processes.
What Can You Expect from the Role?
This is a practical, hands-on role with a high level of ownership. You will be the person colleagues turn to when something does not work, but you will also have the space to improve how internal IT works across the company.
We do not want our IT admin to perform the same repetitive tasks manually again and again. If, for example, every new joiner requires several accounts to be created and the same access rights to be assigned, we want someone who asks: “Could this be automated?” — and then helps make it happen.
What Are We Offering?
- A unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in an attractive industry.
- A role with visible impact – you’ll help shape internal processes and international expansion.
- Working in a hybrid setup from an office overlooking all of Prague – flexibility to balance in-office days and remote work.
- Opportunities to learn and grow: internal academies, knowledge sharing and space for professional development.
- MultiSport card to help you stay active, recharge, and maintain work-life balance.
- 6+ weeks of vacation for our employees – because we believe in a healthy work-life balance.
- Salary: 70 000 – 85 000 CZK / month (based on your experience).
- Company MacBook, tools, and support you need to create and deliver your best work.
