We’re looking for a senior sales professional with experience in complex B2B software sales, ideally in identity, cybersecurity, or banking software. You’ll own the full sales cycle in your assigned Western European region – from prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers to RFP/RFI processes, negotiations, and closing high-value opportunities.
What Will You Do?
- Acquire new clients, primarily banks and fintech companies, across your assigned Western European region, and sell them our products.
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, and closing enterprise and mid-market deals.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of each client, showcasing our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategy, share market feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and position our solutions as strategic partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance: Maintain a robust pipeline, provide regular updates and forecasts to the sales leadership team, and track key performance metrics.
We Are a Good Fit If You…
- Have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in identity, cybersecurity, or banking software, with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
- Possess solid technical competency. You will be selling sophisticated software to knowledgeable buyers.
- Have a hunter mindset and a well-rounded knowledge of the sales craft and various sales methodologies.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Are fluent and proficient in English; another language is a plus.
- Have experience working across cultures, especially within Western Europe.
- Take full ownership of your work and can manage your time effectively.
Which Tools Should You Know?
- G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
- iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales engagement tools.
