We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can turn complex cybersecurity and digital banking topics into simple, understandable, and polished product experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and the marketing team to design interfaces, improve user flows, prepare prototypes, and help us make our products easier to understand, use, and present to clients.
What Will You Do?
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for our cybersecurity and digital banking products.
- Improve the usability and clarity of complex product features used by both technical and business users.
- Work closely with marketing, product managers, IT analysts, developers, and QA engineers to turn requirements into practical design solutions.
- Help define and improve product interfaces across web portals, admin tools, dashboards, and mobile-related user journeys.
- Prepare clickable prototypes and design concepts for internal validation, client discussions, and product development.
- Support product discovery by asking the right questions, understanding user needs, and identifying usability risks early.
- Maintain and improve our design system, UI components, and visual consistency across products.
- Review implemented features and provide feedback to ensure the final result matches the intended user experience.
- Support sales and product teams with visuals, product mockups, and materials for demos and client presentations.
- Help improve our developer portal and main website, including their structure, usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Create graphics and visual materials for our website, marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and other company communication.
- Work with basic product and web metrics to understand whether design and content improvements are actually helping users.
We’re a Good Fit If You…
- Have experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, ideally in B2B software, fintech, banking, cybersecurity, or another technical product environment.
- Can design both user experience and user interface – from understanding the problem to preparing polished UI outputs.
- Are able to simplify complex technical topics and translate them into clear user flows and product screens.
- Have a strong eye for detail, consistency, usability, and visual quality.
- Are comfortable working with product requirements, technical constraints, and feedback from developers.
- Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Are proactive, structured, and able to own design tasks from the first idea to final handoff.
- Can explain your design decisions and balance user needs, business goals, and technical reality.
- Have experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
- Are comfortable creating visual materials beyond product UI, such as website graphics, presentations, product visuals, and marketing materials.
- Communicate confidently in English; Czech is a strong plus for internal collaboration.
Which Tools Should You Know?
- Figma or a similar design and prototyping tool.
- Design systems, component libraries, and basic design documentation.
- Tools for collaboration and documentation such as Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, or similar.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application design.
- Awareness of accessibility, usability principles, and common product design patterns.
