We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and deliver impactful B2B events—from conferences and webinars to workshops. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas and help us build our reputation as experts in cybersecurity.

What Will You Do?

  • Design and deliver B2B events—from idea to execution—including conferences, webinars, business breakfasts, and expert workshops.
  • Research opportunities, suggest relevant topics, and proactively identify the right audience and speakers.
  • Travel to oversee on-site event execution and represent the company professionally.
  • Coordinate activities with clients or partners across different regions, either as stand-alone events or as part of broader campaigns.
  • Report on outcomes and continuously improve our event strategy based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborate with HR on internal events and employer branding initiatives.

  • Share our values.
  • Have strong project leadership skills and can-do mindset.
  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with B2B events.
  • Understand the world of IT and/or banking—and know how to create relevant, engaging experiences for these audiences.
  • Are proactive and full of ideas—you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
  • Have excellent project management skills and can juggle multiple things at once without losing focus.
  • Can own a project end-to-end, but also enjoy working in a team.
  • Communicate confidently in both Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • Are open to regular travel and occasional time out of the office.

Bonus Items

  • Have experience with working in a small company / a start-up.
  • A keen eye for visuals and graphic design.
  • Experience with web maintenance (Webflow or other similar CMS).
  • The ability to work creatively within a structured framework while providing valuable insights and ideas.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
  • iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings. 
  • Asana or similar project management tools.
