Acquire new direct clients—primarily banks and fintech companies—in your assigned region, and sell them our products.
Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to negotiation and closing of high-value deals with enterprise and mid-market clients. Leading RFP/RFI processes.
Develop and implement sales strategies: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and position our solutions as strategic partners.
Conduct compelling presentations and demos: Tailor product discussions and demonstrations to the specific needs of each client, showcasing our value proposition.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies, share market feedback, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance: Maintain a robust pipeline, provide regular updates and forecasts to the sales leadership team, and track key performance metrics.
We Are a Good Fit If You…
Have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT or cybersecurity, with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
Possess solid technical competency. You will be selling sophisticated software to knowledgeable buyers.
Have a hunter mindset, with well-rounded knowledge of the sales craft and various sales methodologies.
Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Are fluent and proficient in English; another language is a plus.
Experienced working across cultures, flexible for occasional travelling.
Take full ownership of your work and can manage your time effectively.
Which Tools Should You Know?
G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales engagement tools.
Bonus Items
Czech/Slovak language skills to communicate with our internal team.
A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
