The bank replaced its legacy competitor hardware tokens with Wultra’s Talisman FIDO2 hardware tokens, addressing both security and usability challenges while aligning with the evolving regulatory direction of the European payments framework.

Albania's national postal service, Albanian Post, is one of the largest financial services providers in the country. Since only about half of Albania's adult population has a bank account, Albanian Post is exceptionally well-positioned to provide accessible banking and payment services, especially in rural areas.
RB Key app by Wultra replaces legacy SMS authorization with biometrics or PIN code authorization in a native mobile app. As a result, customers no longer need to to rewrite one-time passwords, which makes for a better overall experience. Besides the use in internet banking and third-party apps, customers can also use RB Key when withdrawing cash at Raiffeisenbank’s cash desks or when calling the helpline.
The new French digital ID platform YRIS, handcrafted by the excellent ARIADNEXT company (part of idNow), recently obtained a CSPN certification by ANSSI for the core of the authentication system. The naked eye does not see, though, that technology by Wultra ticks in its heart.

Wultra prepared an updated version of the authenticator app for mojeID, a project run by the CZ.NIC association. Users of the mojeID service can now seamlessly and securely log in to various eGovernment and commercial services with MojeID Klíč, an easy-to-use mobile app for iOS and Android.
