Business Operations Generalist

We’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to get things done. You’ll take ownership of real internal projects — coordinating processes, vendors, and cross-department initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless expansion.

What Will You Do?

  • Own and solve complex operational topics — you’ll get an assignment, figure out what’s needed, explore options, and drive it to completion.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects that drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Design, set up, and optimize internal processes — including improving existing ones that no longer scale.
  • Work closely with the COO on internal operations, policies, and organizational improvements.
  • Handle compliance-related topics (e.g. ISO 27001, internal controls, documentation, audit readiness) in cooperation with our Legal, ensuring the company stays audit-ready.
  • Oversee vendor management, contract administration, and smooth cooperation across teams.
  • Introduce and implement tools — from defining requirements, selecting vendors, coordinating implementation, to onboarding teams.
  • Manage selected operational projects (e.g., asset tracking, internal training, process automation).

We’re a Good Fit If You…

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, compliance, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Are a natural problem solver — you don’t wait for perfect instructions, but actively figure out what needs to be done.
  • Take ownership of operational projects while thinking strategically — spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
  • Are hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow things through to the end.
  • Have a broad overview — you’ve worked across multiple areas (operations, compliance, processes, tools, coordination) and enjoy variety.
  • Can function well in an environment where no one holds your hand, but support is available when needed.
  • Are proactive: when given a topic, you explore different solutions, assess trade-offs, and propose the best approach.
  • Speak Czech and English fluently (B2+), and handle professional communication confidently.
  • Have a background in Law or Business and have University degree.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite / MS Office for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Project management platforms like Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, or Confluence to manage internal projects efficiently.
