What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with the COO to develop, review, and optimize internal processes and company policies.
- Coordinate the establishment and operation of international subsidiaries, managing local vendors and ensuring proper compliance and documentation flow.
- Support internal projects across departments, including vendor management, administrative tasks, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 maintenance, new standards, and monitoring legislative changes.
- Manage operational tasks like asset tracking or preparation of internal training.
We’re a Good Fit If You…
- Have 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, legal or administrative support, consulting, or compliance.
- Can balance hands-on operational work with strategic thinking, spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in tackling new challenges.
- Are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across departments and countries.
- Speak Czech and English fluently (B2+), able to handle daily communication emails, and professional communication confidently.
Bonus Items
- Experience in international companies or legal/consulting environments.
- Background in Law, Economics, or related fields.

- G Suite / MS Office for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Project management platforms like Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, or Confluence to manage internal projects efficiently.
