Business Operations Generalist

You’ll take ownership of real internal projects — coordinating processes, vendors, and cross-department initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless expansion.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects that drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with the COO to design, review, and optimize internal processes and company policies.
  • Collaborate with our Legal team to manage compliance, documentation, and international subsidiary setup.
  • Oversee vendor management, contract administration, and smooth cooperation across teams.
  • Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001 and other standards, ensuring the company stays audit-ready.
  • Manage selected operational projects (e.g., asset tracking, internal training, process automation).

We’re a Good Fit If You…

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, compliance, or process management.
  • Take ownership of operational projects while thinking strategically — spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in tackling new challenges.
  • Feel comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across departments and countries.
  • Speak Czech and English fluently (B2+), and handle professional communication confidently.
  • Have a background in Law, Business, or Project Management — or a mix of these areas.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite / MS Office for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Project management platforms like Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, or Confluence to manage internal projects efficiently.
