We are looking for a Content & PR Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our content and communication strategy – from defining messaging to leading execution through internal and external collaborators, including copywriter and PR agency.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and execute a cross-platform content and communication strategy aligned with our marketing goals.
- Lead the planning and coordination of content creation across formats (website, blog, newsletters, social media, sales enablement, etc.).
- Manage and direct our Copywriter.
- Collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Team, Visual Creator, and other colleagues to make our regular content creation work.
- Cooperate with our PR agency to ensure impactful earned and paid media presence and aligned messaging.
- Review and approve content to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee content distribution and performance tracking across digital channels.
- Ensure SEO and brand guidelines are properly followed throughout all materials.

- Have 3+ years of experience in a managerial position related to content marketing, communication, or PR.
- Can confidently lead creative processes and guide the work of others.
- Know how to collaborate with PR agencies, align messaging across channels and review all media-related content
- Understand SEO basics, web content strategy, and digital media.
- Are detail-oriented and visually sensitive – even if you don’t design, you know what looks good.
- Are proactive and confident in bringing ideas to the table and taking initiative.
- Are fluent in English – both written and spoken.
Which Tools Should You Know?
- G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
- iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
- Asana or similar project management tools.
- Mailchimp, Webflow, GA4.
